Sawyer has decided to enter yet another contest. This time for Milkbone, you can vote once daily (HERE).
Sawyer and I talked about it and we decided that if we did win, we would donate the treat prizes to the local shelters in our area, so please do whatever you can to help us win!
You can vote here: https://apps.facebook.com/mb-loveisintheair/entry-detail.php?entry=678
Keep in mind that you do need to LIKE Milkbone in order to vote.
Thank you!!

These are the prints available to you for the Help Ed fundraiser.
We have: Ed & Ghibli, Oliver, Loki, Gatsby, Emma, Sawyer, Trinket, Bella, and lastly Simon & Tempe.
Together these Corgi’s (and non Corgi’s) and their parents have kindly donated a print to encourage you to donate to Ed.
Here is a list of what certain dollar amounts get you.
$20 - A print of any of the pups above AND an entry to a raffle to win signed posters by Kazu, and other misc. snowboard goods.
$50 - A print of any of the pups above and an entry to win 1 of 5 brand new Nidecker SNOWBOARDS graciously donated by Curry, Ookii, and Chi-Chan and their parents. You can see Ookii modelling with the snowboards above. (That photo is not available for print)
Now I know that for some people funds are tight and sometimes even 20 dollars is too much to spare. The last thing I want to do is discourage anyone from donating ANY dollar amount. So, any dollar amount donated will be entered to win a Camel Lounge donated by the Cardi & one Pembroke (Simon, Caleb, Tempe and Riley) crew.
Every donation must be proven so you can either take a screen shot of your email confirmation and email it to sawyerthecorgi@gmail.com or just forward the email itself. Make sure that the donation amount is visible. As well if you could make the subject “Help Ed” that would be great! Make sure to specify which print you want.
To donate, please click the link below.
*EDIT* Frogman has just sent me a photo of Otis to be printed. Feel free to choose this if you’d like a print of Otis!
This is your final chance to get a print and win some fantastic prizes! This opportunity ends Sunday March 31st at 9pm EST.
Make sure that if you have already donated but have not emailed in your confirmation you do so as soon as possible. After 9pm on the 31st I will no longer be accepting emails.
The following Sunday Megan, Ed and Ghibli will be drawing winners for our fantastic prizes! They will post a video on Two Silly Corgis. Winners will also be contacted by email.
Good luck to everyone, thank you for donating to Help Ed and spread the word!
If anyone is curious, it’s not too late to send in your donation confirmation for a corgi print/raffle ticket(s). The fundraiser will end when Megan and Ed (and Jiggles) hit’s their goal!

“Bow” - Day 1
The way this trick is described in my copy of 101 Dog Tricks is pushing a treat into their nose in a 45% angle towards their back feet. So I tried what I thought was a 45% angle to Loki’s back feet. He didn’t move his body but wiggled his face out of the way like “what are you doing??” Hmm. So I adjusted and then he just would tilt back into a sit. Still not working. I adjusted again and he would tuck his head in between his front legs without moving his body down.
There were some facepalm moments trying to figure out how in the world to make it work. I finally was able to lure him into a bow by pushing a treat past/below his nose, in between his paws, and towards his back feet. He backed up a little bit, but then bent his elbows into a bow.
Huzzah!
So the first night was basically luring him into position with a treat and starting to add a voice command to it.
PS - The thing that looks like a tick collar is actually a pheromone collar that we’re trying as part of our separation anxiety training…thing.

This is a photo of muddy Sawyer. This is what happens every time we go to a dog park with water.
Also, I just wanted to bring to your attention that today, is in fact, a new day (go figure). And just like yesterday, you can help Sawyer realize her dreams of being in a Fido commercial while helping donate money to Dog Guides Canada all at the same time. Please vote here: http://fidocastingcall.ca/dog/1668570239/
Remember you can vote once per day. You guys have been amazing so far and Sawyer has been sailing towards that number 1 spot! Keep up the amazing button clicking. Sawyer and I appreciate each and everyone of you.

Sawyer went to Woofstock this weekend and entered a contest for a doogie bed gift basket as well as becoming the “poster pooch” for Vets Without Boarder. But she needs your help, she figured since you guys helped her get in the top 5 for the poop bags, you could help her win the basket!
The contest is through Vets Without Boarders, which is a fantastic organization here in Canada.

Sawyer is giving paw, because she’d like everyone to vote for her in Canada’s Next Top Dog so she can win free poop bags for a year (she really needs them)
Thank you to everyone who has voted so far! If you haven’t voted please please vote (by following the link at the bottom of this post or clicking on the photo) and if you have voted please feel free to ask your family and friends to vote as well. There are only two days left in the contest.
